Privacy policy

EQ EduServe Resources ("we", "us") is an education services company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the program you are interested in, and your message. We also record the date of the enquiry and your IP address to help prevent spam.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to advise you about our programs, and to arrange any program you choose to join. We do not sell your personal data.

Where a program involves a partner university, institution or employer, we share only the details needed to arrange your placement, and only with your agreement.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete them unless you become a participant in one of our programs.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing enquiry@eqeduserve.com.

This website uses one essential cookie on the contact page to protect the form against misuse. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
